Cancellation Policy
Hey girl, I know life happens and unpredictable circumstances arise. With that, I just ask that you communicate with me as quick as you can before your appointment! At Lash Dealer, I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for all of my guests, I kindly ask that you respect my cancellation policy:
I require at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
LATE ARRIVALS- if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full fee for the service will still apply.
